*Every shipment is quality checked and packaged securely to ensure that it arrives as safely as possible.

*Plushplex takes pride providing its customers with quality, handmade items. If your purchase is in anyway unsatisfactory, please do not hesitate to contact the shop directly to discuss the rectification of the situation.

*In general, all sales are final; we only accept returns/refund in specific situations/special cases.

* If an item is in stock, it will be shipped as soon as possible (once payment is received)

*If it is made to order/custom, it may take a few days to make depending on how many orders I have and the availability of the materials. Some materials may need to be special ordered due to lack of availability. The buyer will be notified if there will be a delay.

*Rush orders are available upon request. There will be an added/updated shipping charge. Please contact the shop before purchasing so the price can be edited to reflect the added price in speedy shipping.
